The head of McDonald's Europe is to leave the fast-food giant to join Pizza Express. Easterbrook, who is due to start in September, will replace Mark Angela as chief executive following his departure in July. Doug Goare, a McDonald's veteran, will relocate to Geneva to replace Easterbrook.
