Strong dollar works against Kraft Heinz earnings

The Kraft Heinz Company has missed analysts’ predictions, with losses of 27c per share – a net loss of US$303m. Earnings per share were 44c, against analyst forecasts of 62c. Kraft Heinz has cited the impact of a strong dollar on overseas sales for the loss, however revenue was up US$6.1bn from US$2.5bn in the previous year.
