Strong foodservice offering boosts sales at EG Group

The petrol forecourt operator has reported a spike in profits and sales in the first quarter, thanks to strong performance in its food business. For the three months to the end of March, EG Group posted a 25.1% jump in revenues to $6.9bn (£5.5bn).
