Swiss travel retailer Dufry to acquire Italian airport and motorway caterer Autogrill

Dufry is to buy Autogrill and form a travel industry giant with a combined market capitalisation of nearly $5.5bn. The Benetton family, Autogrill’s largest investor, will transfer its 50.3% stake to Dufry, which will offer to acquire minority stakeholders.
