Sysco GB acquires Fairfax Meadow to strengthen UK fresh meat distribution 

The foodservice supplier has bought catering butcher Fairfax Meadow from Hilton Foods, adding 360 staff and sites in Derby, Enfield and Eastleigh. The deal follows its Campbell’s Prime Meat purchase and creates a national meat distribution network.
