Tesco May Claim Its Last Remaining Postcode In The UK

Harrogate, which is currently the last remaining postcode in the UK not to host a Tesco store, may lose its status as the supermarket seeks to construct a 24-hour store in the Yorkshire town. Tesco acquired an eight-acre site in the town nearly eight years ago but is awaiting a council vote, due to be held next week, to approve construction.
