Tesco To Fight Price-Fixing Fine Of £10.4m

The supermarket chain has announced that it is to fight the dairy price-fixing fine handed to it following an inquiry by the Office of Fair Trading. Tesco has denied collusion in raising the price of cheese and milk in 2002 and 2003 and has announced that it will fight the £10.4m fine through the courts if necessary.
