Tesco trials QR codes on own-brand sausages for enhanced product information

The grocery retailer is introducing QR codes to 13 own-brand sausage lines for customers to access product information via smartphone. The initiative aims to improve stock control, reduce waste and enable targeted recalls by 2027.
