Tesco UK chief Matt Davies set to become the chairman of N Brown Group

Matt will depart the grocery retailer once the Booker deal has been completed. He joined Tesco in 2015 after having served as Halfords’ chief executive. His focus in his new role will be on widening N Brown’s margins.
