TGI Fridays names Giles Fry UK Chief Operating Officer after acquisition

Sugarloaf TGIF Management has appointed Snug Bars founder Giles Fry as Chief Operating Officer of TGI Fridays UK. As well as this, Jonathan Grenville Grey becomes Operations Director, and Julie McEwan has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer.
