The Restaurant Group Concessions acquired by Areas following growth under Apollo

The airport restaurant operator, which runs wagamama franchises across UK airports, has been sold in a transaction expected to complete by 26 July. The deal will provide TRG access to Areas’ international franchise portfolio for further expansion.
