Tiffany Profits Rise To £48.5m In Q1

The luxury jeweller announced profits of £48.5m for the three months to April, up 25% on the previous year and ahead of market forecasts. Capitalising on the growth, the company plans to open 19 new stores, introduce new products and increase spending on marketing and advertising in the coming year.
