Time Warner To Pay US$80m For Flixster And Rotten Tomatoes

Time Warner’s Warner Bros. division is to pay US$80m for the movie application and website. Flixster provides movie information, social networking and film streaming on Android, BlackBerry and iPad devices, and is downloaded more than 25m times every month. The Rotten Tomatoes website offers 12m unique users per month access to movie reviews.
