Timpson Sees Profits Grow Thanks To Kitten Heels

The shoe-repair chain has reported growth in annual pre-tax profits from £10.1m to £10.6m, with the increase attributed to the recent trend for kitten heels on ladies’ shoes. The company’s chief executive, John Timpson, is the great grandson of William Timpson, who founded the chain in 1865.
