Topshop returns to physical retail with first stockist named as McElhinneys

Irish department store McElhinneys will be the first stockist of Topshop as the brand returns to physical retail. The fashion label, now backed by Heartland, will launch in-store on 21 August as part of its wholesale relaunch strategy.
