Tragus To Sell 12 Branded Restaurants

Restaurants under the Strada, Bella Italia, Café Rouge and Ortega brands have been put on the market by operator Tragus. The sale comes as Tragus, which operates 289 sites, trial a fast-casual version of the Café Rouge brand.
