Tragus Trials Fast-Service Cafe Rouge Format

Restaurant operator Tragus is trialling a fast-service version of its Cafe Rouge brand at Euston Station in London. The product range, including hot and cold baguettes, soups and a selected main dish, will be available to eat in or takeaway.
