Treasury Wine Estates May Be Acquired By Bright Food Group

The Australian wine-maker, which owns the Penfolds and Wolf-Blass brands, saw its shares jump as speculation grew of a takeover offer from the Chinese food group. It is thought that the Bright Food Group has been drawn to make an offer by the growing thirst for wine amongst Chinese consumers.
