Twitpic Apologises Over Lack Of Copyright Clarity

Company founder Noah Everett apologised via the company blog for the “lack of clarity” in the updated Terms and Conditions which have caused widespread controversy amongst service users. Many users of the picture posting service cancelled their accounts prior to the apology.
