Unilever acquires Grüns to deepen US wellbeing push after food merger

Unilever is buying US supplements brand Grüns for an undisclosed sum, expanding its wellbeing portfolio. It marks Unilever’s first deal since agreeing to merge its food unit with McCormick into a $65bn giant. Grüns was valued at $500m in a 2025 Series B.
