Unilever to sell Elida Beauty to Yellow Wood

The consumer goods giant is reportedly in advanced talks with private equity firm Yellow Wood to spin out Elida Beauty, a division that includes non-core beauty and personal care brands such as Q-Tips and Impulse. Elida made about $760m in sales in 2022.
