Valeo Foods in talks to snap up crisp giant Kettle

The Irish food producer is close to reaching a £50m deal with the Campbell Soup Company subsidiary, as they plan to sweeten their existing brands with a savoury acquisition. Kettle will join the likes of Rowse Honey and Jacob’s if the sale goes through.
