Vandemoortele completes acquisition of US bakery Banneton

The Belgian food group has acquired the remaining 20% stake in the New Jersey-based producer of freezer-to-oven pastries. The deal establishes Vandemoortele’s domestic US manufacturing presence to better serve North American customers.
