Vegan restaurant concept Miami Burger to become supplier

After closing its Reading restaurant, the company has partnered with supplier Leathams to launch its plant-based, low fat burgers into national foodservice. Miami Burger already supplies several restaurants in London and plans to partner with Uber Eats.
