Whitbread secures approval for 421-room Hub by Premier Inn in south London 

The budget hotel operator will convert Dorset House into its first Hub south of the Thames, adding 421 rooms and F&B space. Construction will start in H2 2026 with a summer 2028 opening, part of a £100m plan to add over 1,000 rooms this year.
