Whyte & Mackay Have Recreated Shackleton Whisky

The company’s master blender, Richard Paterson, has spent eight weeks recreating a century-old whisky buried under the Antarctic ice by famous explorer Ernest Shackleton. The replica will cost £100 per bottle, with 5% from every sale being donated back to the Antarctic Heritage Trust.
