Zynga Files For Secondary Offering

Online games developer Zynga has filed for a secondary stock offering of up to US$400m. Shares in the firm have risen by 33% since it went public in December last year. To facilitate the offering, Zynga is waiving an existing lock-up arrangement with stockholders.
