The MBS Group is delighted to present its second edition of the Boards of the Future series, Are Boards changing? An in-depth analysis of appointments, changes and exits to FTSE 350 Boards in 2021
Following on from the 2021 edition, the new report provides in-depth examination of all non-executive changes made to FTSE 350 Boards during 2021, including appointments, internal promotions and changes, and exits from Boards during the period. By analysing these groups of individuals, taking into account gender, age, nationality, functional background and sector background among other areas, we have assessed the progress made in 2021 towards the Boards of the future.
The research shows that there are encouraging signs of change in some areas – such as gender diversity – but that Chairs must continue to accelerate progress to build Boards which are truly fit to face future challenges.
