The executive talks to WWD about how to keep demanding customers satisfied in the world of luxury online retail. Commenting on the mindset of customers, he says: “Our customer is a very engaged, very busy woman, so if she says, ‘I’ve got something coming up on the weekend and tonight I will have 20 minutes to go through,’ that’s the time she’s allocated to us. We need to make sure that in these 20 minutes we make it possible for her to find the right thing.”
