The Chief Operating Officer of Whittington Health has primary responsibility for the quality of our services, and ensuring that they are delivered with compassion, effectively and efficiently. A critical member of our executive leadership team, they are central to the development of Whittington Health’s friendly, professional and inclusive working culture, and to the delivery of our on-going strong performance. An established operational leader, they will be collaborative and inclusive, and committed to integrated care, whether coming from an acute or community service background. They will be ready to work closely with partners across local government and the NHS, building constructive, proactive relationships and inspiring further collaboration. Whether a first-time Chief Operating Officer or experienced in the role, they will be a visible, engaged leader, able to drive performance improvements and efficiencies while building working cultures in which all their colleagues can thrive.
