Farfetch CEO José Neves tells the Telegraph about the business’s plans and why physical stores are still vital to luxury retail. “Around 90% of luxury goods are still sold in shops,” he says. “It is changing but I think we will reach a maximum of 25% to 35% of luxury goods sold online. So, at the end of the day, around two thirds of sales will still be in physical shops.”
