The MBS Group, in partnership with IGD, is delighted to present Inclusion and Diversity in Consumer Goods and Grocery. The second edition of our research in the sector, the report tracks progress on the representation of women, ethnic minorities and other underrepresented groups in the sector, and explores the maturity of strategies designed to boost inclusion. By providing this analysis and highlighting examples of best practice, we hope that this report will broaden the conversation around I&D and play a part in driving positive change in the sector.
