Is Gender Diversity Profitable? Evidence from a Global Study



A new report by The Peterson Institute and EY explores the return for revenue and economic growth derived from promoting gender equalities in corporate leadership. In particular, the study reveals that having 30% of women holding C-suite positions may boost net margins by up to six percentage points. The results are based on the analysis of 21,980 global publicly traded companies in 91 countries from an extensive range of industries and sectors.
