Over the past 4 years Kathryn has led a transformation of the culture at Europe’s largest cinema group, putting in place numerous people and performance programmes. The changes have seen thousands of colleagues find new opportunities in the Group and her HR team’s successes have been recognised externally through dozens of international awards.
Until the a permanent successor is found, Group COO Gary Suter will take interim responsibility for their People strategy – supported by Group Head of HR, Sara Donlevy and HR leaders in each of the company’s territories.
