After the success of last year’s publication, we are delighted to once again be launching the Women to Watch in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Index, in partnership with WiHTL.
Gender diversity in the sector has increased over the last year across all three leadership levels (Board, Executive Committee and Direct Reports) – but there is still a long way to go. As such, we are excited to be showcasing some of the sector’s most inspiring individuals: highlighting the pool of up-and-coming female talent in the sector and championing the leaders who are driving change.
We are seeking nominations for the Index, which this year includes two categories:
1) Women to Watch: female role models excelling in their field
2) Advocates for Change: leaders creating a culture of inclusion
Those included in last year’s Index have inspired many others to progress within our industry, becoming mentors and role models for others. We want to recreate the buzz of last year and tell the stories of inspiring individuals, unearthing tips and lessons learnt.
