Soutine’s Portraits: Cooks, Waiters & Bellboys

This exhibition at the Courtauld Gallery in London’s Somerset House showcases the work of Russian-French artist Chaïm Soutine (1893-1943). Running until 21st January 2018, this is the first time Soutine has been exhibited in the UK in 35 years. During the 1920s and 1930s Soutine was one of the leading painters in Paris and was seen by many as the heir to Vincent van Gogh.
