The commercial advantage of more women in the boardroom

The study aims at answering two question ‘How can any organisation whose customer base is predominantly female achieve this when only 20% of their executive team are women?’, and ‘How can UK retailers say they really know their people or their customers at all…?’. As the results suggest, all interviewed executives agree that gender diversity leads to better business results and 72% of them think their company is still not doing enough. As a tool for retailers the report identifies three key themes and proposes three priority actions.
