The Customer Experience Conference: Engaging Multi-Channel Journeys

This year’s conference will see 22 senior speakers from 24 different brands, including Vicky Mason, Abby Bentley and Nika Lukovic, come together for a one-day industry-led event which will take place on 24th February in Central London. As stated on the website, where you can download the full agenda, the event looks to analyse the customer experience, starting from the customer view and engagement, through the measurements of touchpoints and analytics, to the delivery of a consistent customer service, in various consumer-facing sectors, such as retail, travel and not-for-profit.
