The six traits of inclusive leaders

Bernadette Dillon and Juliet Bourke at Deloitte have conducted research on the six traits that characterise inclusive mind-set and behaviour and their implications for organisations, as shown in this article. By trying to foresee the traits of the leaders of the future, they identify three areas of diversity which are reshaping the environment and influencing  business priorities including diversity of markets, customers, ideas and talent.
