Three simple changes to help the UK build a gender balanced workplace



Banking group TSB outlines a range of measures aimed at tackling the gender pay gap – including supporting gender balanced progression – and calls on other businesses to do the same. Identifying an internal mean gender pay gap of 31%, TSB said: “Analysis of what’s caused that gap has shown that TSB doesn’t have an equal pay issue. The gap is caused by the structure of the workforce with more men in senior management roles and more women in non-senior management roles. TSB is committed to tackling this imbalance head on.”
