Dollar General appoints Emily Taylor as COO amid operational overhaul. Discount retailer Dollar General Corporation has promoted veteran executive Emily Taylor as Chief Operating Officer, effective 16 November. Taylor will oversee store operations, supply-chain, merchandising, digital and real-estate functions.
Hermès appoints Anne-Sarah Panhard to lead Perfume and Beauty Division . Anne-Sarah, who joined Hermès in 2011 and led Hermès Maison since 2018, took over as Managing Director of Hermès Perfumes and Beauty on 1 November, succeeding Agnès de Villers, who moves to Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellier Métiers.
Anchor appoints Rachael Shimmin as CEO to lead specialist housing group . Rachael, OBE, will take over as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026, bringing experience in public service and social care leadership. Interim CEO Amanda Holgate will remain as Chief Financial Officer.
