As a certified B Corporation™, on a pro-bono basis we commit 20% of our time and resources to ensuring we have a meaningful impact on society, and the sectors we serve. We are proud to drive positive change through six workstreams:

Leading our Consumer Communities

Our CSR agenda is anchored in the industries we serve. We are a certified B Coroporation™, and invest significant energy partnering with industry bodies to drive positive momentum on critical issues. Additionally, we use our networks to facilitate connections, share best practice widely and support organisations

Pro-Bono Search Work

We regularly undertake pro-bono board and executive search assignments, bringing to bear our extensive network on behalf of organisations that can benefit from talent in the consumer sectors. Our pro-bono clients range from charities and trade bodies, through to government departments

B Corp & Sustainability

We commit to partnering with sustainable businesses across the sectors we serve, and help businesses at other stages of their sustainability journey achieve their sustainability goals. Additionally, we are committed to ensuring best-practice sustainability practices within MBS – and we are proud to be a B Corp certified organisation.


Contributing as a Company

MBS will create opportunities annually for us to contribute as a company – from organising fundraising events, through to annual volunteer days. We focus our company charity activities around organisations with a strong link to our local community in Camden in the UK

Contributing as Individuals

Our colleagues are a fundamental part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility. We support and empower our team to contribute in their own way, such as volunteering for charities – for example, promoting flexible working and offering extra holiday days for charitable activities

We recognise our own actions speak louder than just words. We are committed to being an ethical company guided by a strong moral compass. As such, for example, we actively promote diversity both within our own business, as well as in all our work.
