Arushi is a Researcher in our Retail Practice. Before joining MBS, Arushi worked at a global tech company that specialised in non-executive and board search. She worked on close to 200 board appointments, placing Trustees, Chairs, Non-executive directors, Senior and Pre-deal Advisors across various sectors (Tech, PE/VC, Consumer, Energy & Utilities, NHS, Government, Education and Charities). She is passionate about increasing all forms of diversity at the board and executive leadership level

She is a graduate from the London School of Economics where she completed an MSc in Human Resource Management, with a focus in Organisational Behaviour. She also holds a BSc in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Florida, USA. Arushi is bilingual (English and Hindi) and grew up in New Delhi, India.
