Esther joined The MBS Group in 2022 as Project Manager and Executive Assistant in the Hospitality, Travel & Leisure practice, where her role involves the project management of senior functional searches.

Prior to MBS, Esther worked as Project Coordinator for three years with a HR consultancy firm, where she managed multiple live vacancies simultaneously as part of a larger delivery team, delivering volume recruitment for her clients at the Bank of England.

Esther is a graduate from De Montfort University, with a degree in Business and Management.
