Katya joined the MBS Group as an Associate in 2023 from the global executive search firm Spencer Stuart. Based in Berlin, Katya leads the European consumer-focused practice.

Prior to this, she sat in the Board & CEO team specialising on CEO succession, CFO and non-executive director appointments predominantly for public companies globally. She also worked on a number of high-profile consumer and retail CEO appointments.

Before beginning in search in 2016, she worked as a music agent at the classical music artist management agency, IMG Artists. Katya also lived in France for a year after graduating and speaks French. She holds a History degree from the University of Warwick.
