Vanessa is an Associate in the Hospitality, Leisure and Sports practice at The MBS Group, where she covers all function areas within the C-Suite.
Before joining MBS, Vanessa worked at a global search firm specialising in the sports industry, with a focus on Board and c-suite positions in leading sport and entertainment companies in the UK and abroad. Responsible for the delivery of positions for, premier league clubs, motorsport, rugby, cricket, golf, horseracing, broadcasters, retailers, agencies and international federations. Vanessa placed Board members, CEOs & Regional Directors, and numerous functional directors across Media, Commercial and Operations.
Vanessa graduated from University of Manchester with a BSC (Hons) in International Management. Outside of work, she is a keen sports person, spectating and participating in hockey, netball and equestrian. She also ran the London Marathon in 2023.
