Pret appoints Stefan Porter as Chief Supply Chain Officer to drive growth. Pret A Manger has named former Lidl executive Stefan as Chief Supply Chain Officer. The new role will oversee supply chain, logistics, buying, technical and sustainability. He joins from Azzurri Group, where he was Group Commercial Director.

Consensus promotes Katy Preedy to Chief Operating Officer. The care sector provider has promoted Katy to Chief Operating Officer after she progressed through various roles since joining as Operations Manager in 2012. She will lead operational strategy and support the organisation’s expansion.

General Mills appoints Dana McNabb as Chief Operating Officer. Castelnau UK appoints Yann Bourigault as General Manager for on-trade development. The Champagne agency has appointed Yann as General Manager to lead UK operations and on-trade development. He brings over 25 years’ wine industry experience, replacing Keith Isaac MW who retires on 30 June.

Kenvue exceeds first-quarter estimates ahead of Kimberly-Clark acquisition. The consumer health company exceeded revenue and profit expectations driven by strong performance in skin health and beauty brands. It is proceeding with its $40bn acquisition by Kimberly-Clark, expected to complete in the second half of the year.
