Asos acquires Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge for £295m

The online fashion giant has purchased Arcadia-owned Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and athleisure brand HIIT for £295m. The brands’ network of 70 stores is not included in the deal, putting 2,500 jobs at risk.
