Baxters Food Group acquires Truitt Bros to expand US footprint

The Scotland-based food manufacturer has acquired the US food group Truitt Bros for an undisclosed sum. Baxters has said the acquisition is part of its US and global growth strategy and offers the opportunity to capitalise on its existing US business.
