Boston Beer Company strikes deal with Dogfish Head

The two brewing companies have agreed to merge in a $300m deal. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter. Dogfish Head is expected to achieve sales of between $110m and $120m for 2019. The company sells its products in over 40 U.S. states.
